I don’t know what’s going on with this branch. It’s nothing but empty trays. You have to wait 25 to 30 minutes for them to cook to order. The servers have absolutely nothing but attitude. Utterly disrespectful toward their customers. I witnessed them yelling at a customer over a simple item they didn’t have ready like they should. And they had attitude because they had to make it. I’m absolutely repulsed by this branch.

I was starving and went in for some orange chicken. There were empty trays where a lot of their food was and i was informed i would have to wait for the orange chicken to be cooked. But the server informed me in a snippy and rude voice. Like… how dare ask for orange chicken and inquire as to how long it would take. So… no food… rude server. Eventually i got my orange chicken. Asking for extra sauce packets was a pain. She was reluctant to give me more. Like extra sauce packets is the end of the world. You should avoid this place like the plague. 1 star.

Our server Ralynn D was making fun of me and my friend while ordering (keep in mind we’re just teenagers) once me and my friend walked in, we were deciding where to sit, and once we started ordering, she told the chief “look at them the they’ve been here for two minutes only, relax” while laughing at my friend and I. Her and I have really bad anxiety while ordering/paying and for her to be laughing at 2 TEENAGE GIRLS that were just trying to get lunch! Like what the heck? work on you customer service!!

Accessibility: they have accessible parking directly in front of the store and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk and building. The door to get inside is a pull door but today they had it propped open. The bathrooms are open, single person bathrooms big enough for wheelchairs.

The food is always good every time me & my husband come here. Also, Christian is working every time & he has the best customer service! He remembers my husband gets half chow mein/ half steamed veggies, which is awesome because he sees SO many people on a daily basis im sure. Best panda location!

I’m really kind of disappointed with this place the last couple times I’ve gone I usually get a single item bowl last time I got beef and broccoli and it had almost no beef in it at all a lot of broccoli that wasn’t quite steamed long enough and a giant portion of rice I would suggest that cutting corners on your meals wouldn’t be the way to increase revenue

It was clean and the food was the usual Panda. They had some sad looking broccoli something entree and, unlike many other Pandas, they didn’t try to force it on us and instead said proactively that they’d make some fresh. However, the rest of the food was warmish and not hot. So they aren’t quite a 5 star experience.
