Managers nor employees care about the food quality. You call and the manager is unless. It’s sad when you spend over 30$ for a 8 piece combo and the chicken is old. I’m not talking about 45 mins old. Literally SO good I had a fried chicken leg & thigh with coleslaw and mash potatoes with chicken gravy. It was the best fried chicken I have ever tasted it was better than KFC. The only thing was my fried chicken was a little spicy but it was still really good. If you want fried chicken I would definitely recommend.

Wow!! This is by far my favorite Bojangles. The drive thru is tricky, and the property layout is different than the other Bojangles that I have eaten at on VA, NC, and SC. First if all, the employees here were very nice and polite. The chicken was hot, like fresh from the fryer. The Cole slaw was good, as expected. Here’s why this is the best Bojangles of alllll the ones I ate at. The biscuit has a salt flavor on top and it’s golden in color. Also, the inside is so fluffy!!! And soft. It was delicious!! The mashed potato tasted slightly different than I remembered from other Bojangles. The masked potato with sausage gravy was so good that I couldn’t stop eating it until it is all gone . My girls were too tired from the week long vacation to eat. I will stop by at least 1 more Bojangles before arriving home. They will have some for dinner. Their bathroom and the restaurant are so clean.

Completely uncooked chicken. Thinking about doing way more than a bad review honestly because this could turn into a major issue. We will see if I wake up with food poisoning. Terrible. Just got a Bo sandwich meal. Bread is stale, fries are rock hard. I’m not picky when it comes to fast food, but this was just too much! To make matters worse, the woman taking my order was extremely rude. Never again!!

I am still sitting in drive through line. They are taking 10-15 minutes per car, but I’m trapped because there is no way out of the line once you commit. So not fast food… Very very slow food. Never coming back.

The WORST Bojangles ever!! The employees preparing food don’t wear gloves or wash their hands. Food quality is mediocre. Manager doesn’t care about customer service and gave excuses.

This is the bojangles in huntersville. I was very disappointed as I have been here many times here. I seldom go. The fries are seldom fresh, and the customer service is very minimal. I went in on a night run for the fam. I asked if the fries were fresh. The young lady said yes, they weren’t. It’s the most non engaging staff. Get ya food, but check it well!
