I’m not big on Taco Bell but Sulphur Taco Bell is not bad. The night manager is nice, friendly and always smiling. The local hospital staffs loves it when she is working considering the food is always correct. The night manager does a damn good job and we all appreciate her hard work.. She’s a manager for a reason. And if she wanted to go work at McDonald’s than she would but instead she works at Taco Bell as the night MANAGER!!!

Took my wife here for Mother’s Day breakfast as she said this is what she wanted. Let me say Ethan W. was amazing! He took our order and my wife wanted some special nacho fries with some items. Ethan had no problems getting the order ready and it was fresh and amazing! Him and his other employee made my wife’s mother day breakfast perfect!! Thanks again. We went through the drive-thru, so there’s really not much in the way of service or atmosphere to rank either category. What I can speak to was the bean burrito I ordered and a regular beef tacos my husband shared with me. The taco was very tasty and fresh…made me wish I’d ordered a couple of tacos of my own. About 5 or 6 minutes was all we spent in the drive-thru lane. ❤️

8/20/23— Came into the restaurant on Sunday at 2:00 PM and at this location you can no longer speak to anyone to order your food. You have to order it on a kiosk machine which a lot of people do not know how to do and I am one of those people, so it took 20 minutes to order food for four people. Once we received our food, I walked around to throw some trash away in the trashcan, and I noticed that there was one individual in the back who was taking a hit off of a vape and blowing the smoke in the kitchen areas. He was a redheaded boy with braids and he was working the drive-through at the current time , I just think that Management would not allow this especially when they were all standing around talking to another while he took the hit off of the vape and I’m sure one of them at least a shift leader or a store manager.

The Sulphur location is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. My order is always correct and super fresh! I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees, but I have to say there is a worker there by the name, Ethan. They are my favorite! An absolute pleasure and I enjoy every interaction!

I ordered through the Taco Bell app. Pinned my location and manually typed in the address. My $36.00 order was delivered to someone else. Apparently they use DoorDash. I called them as well and no one would refund me or make it right. Sorriest excuse for customer service I’ve ever seen (Taco Bell and Door Dash)!
