I am done with this pizza plus. Every time I order they mess it up. I recently ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza and got thin crust instead and the pizza was very old. When I called to see if I could get a replacement or refund all I was told “the person to talk to isn’t here right now.” I have receipt and photo evidence. Very poor service and food.

Went for Sunday buffet. Placed pizza order and waited 30 minutes before it came out only to find mushrooms and olives on it. Able to get 1 slice without olives. No refills on our drinks. Lettuce on salad bar was frozen and turning brown. Asked for fresh. Was told that she didn’t know if there was any more but they did replace it. I was there
