Waited over an hour for food to be delivered and just to find out they delivered it to the wrong location a completely different address. When i called to speak to the manager to request a refund they were offended and the manger said they will pick up the order and discard it. There was no apology from the manager.

Always very good, I prefer Jimmy John’s to Subway but no everywhere you can find a Jimmy John’s. The sandwiches are always fresh and will prepare in detention are very quick. There places are green all the time.

This store needs a full time legit manager that can keep the place straight like how it used to be when it was new. It’s all over the place now and you never know what you’re going to get. Love JJ’s but I dread getting anything from this store. GET A GOOD MANAGER PLEASE AND SAVE THIS PLACE!

I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I got to the store. I had to wait another 15 minutes for ONE sandwich. They made everyone else’s order first, and I had to remind them about my order after standing in the long line.

Ordered a sandwich for my wife and forgot to ask for them to please add cheese before checkout. They said it would be extra and I reasonably paid. I got an extra charge of $2.71 cents to add cheese and I still have to hear from an angry wife because they did not add cheese.. Maybe they just charged me for the audacity of asking late.
