The best DQ in Spokane! Their burgers have a grilled flavor like no other DQ. They also have a text program that gave exclusive coupons every week. I got this Valentines cake for $3 off Staff are super friendly and helpful as well.

So I ordered one of those Valentine’s Day ice cream cakes from here and they made the whole process quick and painless. Then the day I picked it up I decided to grab some lunch with my kids as well. I was surprised at how good the food was!!! Lunch was delicious! My kids had a blast and we greatly enjoyed the cake as well. In addition to all this, the staff was very friendly and kind, especially to my kids. Great experience all around.

Went drive through, 430p, service was slow, no one else there, food was cold. Burgers were ok, but not fresh. Chicken strips were old, dried out and had been overcooked. Fries were old and cold. $6 for regular onion rings and received 6-7 small rings in order that were burned. I don’t think I’ll be back. I wouldn’t mind waiting if food was fresh, but when you wait for cold, old food…Nope

They are hella rude…..the past 2x we went there they made it known they were not happy to serve us….tonight there was a line and we were the last ones in it….they took everyone’s order while a girl stood at the back door with it wide Open watching the cars go through the line and then as soon as I pulled up to the window they didn’t say anything they just shut all the lights off then after a minute or two the girl came across on the speaker and just says “we’re closed!” with a snotty attitude….

I’ve only ever had mediocre experiences here. Today I was handed a blizzard and the girl at the window said, “this is too runny to flip” and then closed the window. It was pretty much a milkshake. I will be going to a different location from now on.

Pretty good. Service can be a little iffy. They close the lobby very early, so if you get an online order you have to call and have them bring it out to you, but sometimes they don’t answer. They often package the food in a messy way that annoys you when you get home. The blizzards are tasty but almost always too runny. But I’ll still come here to get my ice cream fix every once in a while.
