Every table in the store is filthy. It’s like a rest area on I-70 in the middle of Utah. When you stick to everything, eating is difficult. Maybe try using a clean rag and some cleaning solution on the tables and chairs. Just s suggestion. The food was great. Keep doing that. Edit, the manager did reach out to apologize for the conditions and did make some accommodations. Thank you.

Freaky fast as always! There can be a line out the door and you’ll still have your food in less than five minutes. This is my number one go to spot when I have limited time for lunch. Service is always great and fast! I don’t think they’ve ever messed up a single sandwich, which is impressive for how fast they are.

Sandwiches are always good but when we order we always request to put names on the sammys and they NEVER PUT OUR NAMES ON THE SAMMYS! I placed an order for delivery around lunch time and it did get here very fast. The only issue I have is with the bread. The bottom of the bread was burnt on each sandwich (I ordered 3) It’s very hard and feels like a hockey puck which you can feel through the paper. Why it was served is beyond me. I would never serve my customers something I wouldn’t eat. The meat and veggies on the sandwich are fine if you can get passed the extremely hard bread to chew on.

Beware of this location! The service has only gotten worse. The prices and delivery charges have gone up and the quality and customer service have gone down the drain. DO NOT TIP YOUR DRIVER UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY ARRIVE. The driver was rude, just handed us the bag without a greeting or apology and after taking 30 minutes (from the time it showed out for delivery) to deliver from the store, which is 5 minutes away. When we called to inquire about the status, the girl said the driver was sent out with too many deliveries. Poor management on their part and they haven’t been Freaky Fast in a long time. We have given this store numerous chances and that’s our bad. We will never order from this store or another Jimmy John’s again. Save the hassle and order from somewhere that has decent service.

BEWARE: The menu won’t tell you this, but they add about 2 pounds of mayo to every sandwich. That means you don’t get a chance to tell them you don’t want it until it’s all over your lunch. Gross! It took about a dozen napkins, which you have to ask for, because they aren’t out, to get it to an almost edible amount. There’s a pizza place next door. Maybe try that instead. I know I will.

Freaky fast is not in this stores vocabulary. The last two times we have ordered from this particular store one delivery was more than an hour and the last was more than 2 1/2 hours. Then on top of that they got the order wrong both times.
