There are no words for how much we love this Waffle House! The staff is so wonderful. My little came in, in a princess dress and they made her a princess Waffle House crown and played frozen music. The food was great too! We always enjoy going!

Poor service with matching work ethic. Like another review said, the food is inconsistent except for the grits the never tasted right. I caught them checking out a call in order when I was denied the same. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer appreciation.

Imagine driving to your neighborhood Waffle House and walk in and everyone doing absolutely nothing but won’t take your order just to be refused service because you don’t have access to the internet to place an order well that’s exactly the experience I had when I went into this and 2 other waffle houses in Montgomery it’s extremely disheartening and be aware that customer service is non existent at these locations I pray this reaches who ever owns these establishments because this is an unethical way of running a business

I went in the new Pike Road , Al store a week ago for a takeout and was turned down by the waitress because as she quoted “I am the only server here and don’t have time for a take out order!” There were 12 people in there sitting down eating which for waffle House shouldn’t be very many! The funny thing is it would’ve been less hassle for her to take my take-out order. The cook was just standing there doing absolutely nothing and actually looked at here kind of shocked when she said that. Unless you get better employees in there I will not be back!
