The variety of food is very good. Has some choices that other take out places do not have. They also have a rewards system that I like. They just seem to be inconsistent the last couple of years with quality of food. One time it is superb and then the next it is sub-par. My biggest complaint is they had a question about my order that I placed online and instead of calling me, they made the order (wrong) and then questioned it when I got there for pickup. If the wait wasn’t 45 minutes to begin with, I would have had them make me the correct pizza. Instead I just let it go. I should have gotten a discount at least. It was a huge mistake so my fault for letting it slide. But why not call me? Anyway, I can’t say I don’t recommend; just be prepared for epic or complete disappointment.

Saw the negative reviews but wanted to give this restaurant a chance. Yes, clueless kids running the show is true, not knowing the menu is true and slow service is true. The meatballs were good, nothing fancy. Side salad was tasty. The cheese gnocchi in blush sauce tasted like mac and cheese. Not impressed at all. Server kept disappearing and had to go up to the counter for my bill when I saw 5 staff members all sitting on their phones. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this restaurant.

I was given a price over the phone for a certain amount for pick up, then, when I went to go pick it up, it was $10 more. The reason I was told was “tax.” The bill was supposed to be $30 and apparently after $10 in tax was $41. This is a shame, considering we normally get Aurora pizza or take out 2 to 3 times a month.

Very disappointed in the service I just received for a takeout order via door dash. Cold pizza, cheese was not melted, no basil on a Margherita pizza? No utensils for a to go order? I called the restaurant, a child answered when I asked to be connected to the manager. He did not apologize right away, he kept saying I needed to contact door dash. It was the restaurant issue not doordash… I have never ordered takeout/delivery before but usually service is great for dine in. The “manager” did not offer to refund me or make a solution?

We have loved Aurora’s pizza and salads in the past but as of lately the quality is terrible. The salads are half full and only lettuce. Ordered italian chopped salads, received house salads. Hoping quality returns to the usual or we won’t be returning.

I did take out of a large peperoni and sausage pizza. The pizza dough was still raw(uncooked in the middle). The sauce and toppings were good(great sausage), but having to re-cook a pizza after spending $22 is nuts. $2.75 per topping when there was barely anything put on it? Counted 12 pieces of pepperoni and 10 of the delicious sausage??? It’s not worth the money, in my opinion. Plus, raw dough makes it even worse. Not recommend by me.
