We usually order from Menomonee Falls but after a few bad experiences, we decided to try the Germantown PH. Wow, what a difference! They were super busy with only 2 people working (not their fault!) and even though we had to wait a bit longer, the food is so much better and the 2 employees working were so professional and nice. This was on 9/1 at 730 (we don’t know their names but hopefully management can look it up). Nice job!

Pizzas are never cut all the way through and delivery has taken over an hour and a half on multiple occasions. This last order was “being delivered” for a half an hour and the drop off location is 5 min from the store…I could have walked there and back faster than the 30 min drive. The food is hot but definitely a disappointment when everything is soggy.

Last Saturday MANY pizzas were ordered for a gathering. Our pizza order was for a thin crust, sausage, mushroom and black olive and the crust was literally hockey puck hard and burnt. It was the worst pizza we have ever had! Shame on you sending a pizza like this out the door!!!!

Online ordering – website said 25 to 35 minutes. One hour and 10 minutes later the pizza finally is delivered. Chose contactless delivery and the driver rang the doorbell and didn’t leave the food. Pizza looks good and feels hot.
