Nice place and friendly workers. Plenty of toppings on the pizza too. I just wasn’t sure if it was fully cooked or not or I just didn’t like the crust. Spent a little more than I wanted. An extra large was $38 and I was hoping it would be about only $30. Anyways, that’s just silly of me, it’s not too big a deal. Other than that it was great.

I ordered a medium pizza for delivery at 6:00 pm. I was told to expect delivery in one half hour to 45 minutes. At 7:15 the pizza still had not arrived so I called. The employee who answered told me that the door dash delivery person stole my pizza. She said they had had problems with door dash stealing orders. I asked what she would do about it. She said she had to get her manager. Tim came on and said that door dash had picked up my pizza. I asked him if the employee I talked to told him that my dinner had been stolen. “Well, yes.” I asked him what he was going to do about it. He said he had to call management. “So you have to call management to find out what to do to fix a stolen pizza?” “Yes.” Amazing. He got back on the phone. “I can reverse the charges or make another pizza and have door dash deliver it. It would take about 20 minutes to cook another pizza as it would have to be put in the line, and I can’t tell you when door dash will pick it up.” “So it could be another hour before I get my dinner?” “Yes.” “”Well how about this: “I’m terribly sorry about your pizza, I will put it at the top of the line and get it cooked right away. And have it delivered.” “Well we only use door dash.” “Cancel my order.”

I am giving a four star because I like the pizza and the place. We usually celebrate our team party here. We love the place due to the location parking is perfect and the pizza is fresh and the variety was great. We come here every year except during covid. They seem a little overwhelm last time we were there. It looks like management went down. I had a group of over 100 people it end up that many. Since we brought our whole basketball team over. The Manager did what she can to accommodate but she needs to control her one employee that interrupts our conversation and acts like she is the other “Boss”. But please don’t fire the poor girl. She probably just need some customer service training 🙂
