I went to Jet’s because my family wanted a treat and we had purchased a coupon book as a school fundraiser. I called place my order and got the jet bot. I was impressed by how intuitive it was but it did not quite get the whole order right. When I arrived, the free bread that I had asked for wasn’t part of the order. That was from the coupon book and the whole reason we had gone there that day.

This location USED to be, awesome! Then it was hit or miss, now, it’s awful. They messed up our order AGAIN, so I called them asap. Prior I let a mistakes go. They are human, I get it. But it just kept getting worse. Then when I called today, no apology, no “hey, sorry we messed up”, nothing. Not even a credit for a redo. I already called corporate, and I will be filing charges if I get any sicker then I am currently. That pizza was not only incorrect, but it clearly wasn’t cooked properly. I hope your business goes into the ground.

Found this pizza place when leaving taekwondo training. The guy at the front desk was so awesome! We asked about several items and the way he made it sound made us want to order it! The pizza was delicious and the cheesey bread sticks were amazing!! We never get bread sticks but OH MY GOODNESS they were amazing!!

We ordered pizza for my daughter’s party on Saturday. The pizza was absolutely terrible. I was embarrassed! Super greasy and the cheese and toppings fell off the pizza as soon as you grabbed a piece. It wasn’t cut good so we had to go over it several times! I will never order from here again!

Great pizza. However these guys screw up our order (takeout) about 20 to 30% of the time. Last order 22/12/17 ~5:30 pm – ordered boneless wings, got chicken on the bone. Left a tip because they got our last order right. Guess I won’t be leaving a tip next time. And there will be a next time because, like I said, the pizza is the real good.
