Waited 1 hr and 50 min for a pick up order, that was suppose to be ready in 30 minutes. Wasn’t even compensated in anyway. The portion sizes were 1/4 of the normal amount, but FULL price. Not to mention when we got our food the order was wrong. Forget trying that process over again. The food was cold. I’m sorely disappointed. Not what I was expecting. I had ranted and raved about how great this place was to my friend. But their first impression ended any further experiences, lost a customer.

The quaint, vintage, homey Italian place we never expected to find in Louisiana! If you go, be prepared for some classic American Italian down home dishes. You’re walking into the everyday grandparents house to have a pinched cheek and good food.

Love Geno’s ❤️. Family recipes! More than adequate portions! Relaxing, peaceful atmosphere whether for intimate meal or a group “get together”.

Love this place. It’s a Monroe classic. Great food and a fair price. The atmosphere is out of this world when the weather is nice and you can eat outside on the patio.

Terrible food, terrible service, out of most things we asked to order, waited way too long, portion size was way off. All in all the worst supper I’ve ever had! Will not be back and do not recommend!

Went here for a dinner date, and we enjoyed a very delicious meal. If you love tiramisu, this is your place (best tiramisu we’ve ever had and it’s my fav dessert)! The restaurant itself is small with low candle-light; the staff was very attentive and friendly. Prices were reasonable and the menu features all the Italian classics. We plan to return!

I wanted to like this place but was sorely disappointed. My wife and I went here for our five year anniversary and though we enjoyed the ambiance of this quaint little restaurant, the building itself is quite run down. I got lost looking for the bathroom and ended up in a back room and then out in the alley and had to walk around the block to get back in, what I saw of the condition of the building was not good.
