Tried to use loyalty points multiple times and only once I was able too. Every time I call in nobody seems to know how to work with them either. Annoying that they advertise something and then don’t take the proper steps to ensure it works. They either need to figure it out or take it out all together especially when it’s mid tier pizza!

Used to have pretty decent food, so I made an order to get a few things delivered. An hour later, no word on the food. Called them, “oh, the driver just left”. Food gets here an hour and a half after we order, it’s cold, the normally nice chicken sandwich has been replaced with a perfectly round textured chicken patty that tastes like burnt breading and depression, the kind of garbage you’d get from a bad school lunch, for $5. The fries, which were $2 extra and didn’t come with the abomination of a sandwich, are cold, flaccid, and terrible, and all around everything we ordered is just awful.
