These guys were amazing. I placed a company order of 14 pizzas. Then it was declined. I replaced the order. They gave me a call to confirm which order I wanted to go through with. Then they efficiently knocked out the pizza order and get it delivered to me super quickly. It was great that the store manager cared enough to give me a call to confirm the order and to let me know when it was on the way and that it might be a little behind even though it was done very quickly.

March 2023: Still ordering most of our pizzas from Dominos in GV. They are a little hit and miss but overall do a decent job. Their drive up window is a big plus for them. July 17, 2021: Just picked up our pizzas from GV Domino’s. They look delicious! GREAT JOB to the pizza making crew tonight! I was going to give you a tip but you made me wait too long at the drive up window. Especially since my pizzas were sitting there ready. Maybe next time. June 2021: Tried Domino’s again. It was much better this time. Hope they keep it up. February 2021: Our last two orders have not been very good. If our third try isn’t any better, we may need to find a new pizza place. Original post: They just opened and I didn’t know what I was missing. But now I think Domino’s is my pizza of choice. Their cheesy bread is absolutely delicious! I can’t get past their yummy BBQ chicken to try anything else. So glad Domino’s opened in Grain Valley!

Pizza late and cold. One pizza was missing a topping and one pizza was completely wrong. We called and they admitted that they knew the driver messed up our order. I asked if they had sent the correct pizza, no they could refund our money or remake the pizza now and try to get a hold of driver to re-deliver. 45 minutes later pizza arrives. No apologies even when they new the wrong pizza went out. Staff very rude on phone. We live less than 3 miles from this store.

It was hot and fresh. I had the 12 wings mango habanero flavor. With such a big order, I was really looking forward to dippin, but they did not include my dipping sauce. Boo! The chicken parmesan sandwich was good but couldn’t figure out why it was so darn greasy. The pizza was good. We’ll order again. Thanks for coming to Grain Valley, where we don’t have much, but we do have a domino’s that will deliver to our address now!

Last week, they got one of 2 pizzas wrong so I called and got a store credit. Tonight, I ordered 3 pizzas. All 3 were wrong. Asked for pan olive and sausage, got a thin crust. Asked for a pepperoni and pineapple, got a Hawaiian and the 3rd a pepperoni and green pepper, got a pepperoni and sausage…. 1 star for getting the cheese bread correct. Done with this place. I’d go to Blue Springs store instead.

Took 1.5 hours then when he did show up he had dirty sweats and a nasty tank top on. The last time they left my pizza on the door and didn’t ring the bell or knock and it got cold. I called to ask them and the manager said that what they do so we don’t disturb you. You are supposed to disturb me that’s why I ordered pizza. This is our last time ordering from Grain Valley Domino’s.

Waiting over an hour. Again. The staff are overwhelmed. They called the manager to come in to help who told them no. Where is the owner of this franchise. Dominos should pulll their franchise. I will not order from this store again. You open a business you should do whatever it takes to make customers happy. Sad to see this

Absolutely ridiculous; I ordered delivery at 8:30 pm. One hour later, no pizza. I called the local store and was informed that they don’t have a driver. When I inquired as to why someone took my order for delivery, they passed the blame onto a call center. I was told “if you want food, you have to come get it.” That is a direct quote.
