I went to Napoli Pizza because I felt hungry and saw this pizza store. Was I ever surprised. The pizza was delicious!!!! Out of this world. I ordered one slice and a soda, and I couldn’t get enough of this great tasting pizza. I quickly ordered another slice, and history has been made. We ordered on July 17th at 830pm. We received a large special pizza, bbq wings, garlic bread and fettuccine and it was delicious. Arrived at 920pm, not a long wait. Our wings were great in size. I don’t know why the other reviews say they were disappointed but it’s probably during the time they had the chicken recalls. But my family loved it. Friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you!

Ordered delivery to our hotel at 8:58 pm last night. Driver got lost and never made it to our hotel within the 40 minute delivery time frame Napoli’s gave us. We gave Napoli’s the address to the hotel. The Marriott at Newark Airport- not hard to find! We ended up ordering room service for our kids at 10:30 pm since we never got our food from Napoli’s. Plus, who wants food that has been driving around in a delivery car for over an hour. Napoli’s refuses to refund the charge to our credit card, Says he machine does not refund money- owner hung up on my wife. BEWARE – STAY AWAY- CROOKS and BAD BUSINESS.

Do not get the wings. As the other review stated, these wings are so tiny. Idk why they changed them, they used to be good. Tbh I don’t know even know if the wings are chicken wings. I bit into one and it did not feel right at all, I threw them out. Please stop serving these strange tiny wings and please go back to the regular ones.

We ordered delivery and waited over an hour and half and finally got a call from the delivery person saying that he was lost. He showed up another 20 minutes later and we refused the order as it was cold and had been sitting far too long. When I called the next day, I was told no refund would be given. Beware of this shady establishment.

Delicious pizza if you are looking for something different. They have the usual and the specialties like chicken vodka pizza, chicken alfredo pizza, barbecue pizza, etc. Also they have pastas, cold and hot sandwiches, burgers and wraps like the chicken vodka wrap. The price is a little on the expensive side but it is worth. The space is open and clean. The service is not bad but they need to be a little bit more friendly or festive and warm, that will make the experience better.
