Update: visited again on 05/08/23 and ordered the exact same items as the first visit. On a positive note we received a full bag of cheese curds. On a bad note, we didnt get the two bacon double deluxe burgers that we ordered. We received one double and one single deluxe. It is getting kind of expensive to visit this location and never get the correct order. Maybe they should try reading their reviews or calling people back. The second photo is the incorrect order from the second visit.

4/27/22: WORST CULVERS EVER! I was soooo bummed out! The wait took FOREVER, and my fries were soggy (as soon as she handed me the bag I checked), and the burger was NOT HOT. And you couldn’t PAY ME to try and have them fix it with how long everything took! I’ll bet corporate would be *very* interested in learning they are having cars pull forward to keep their drive-thru times down. Not just one or two or three, but NINE CARS PULLING FORWARD. In my expert observation, they overloaded the kitchen, slamming them with back to back tickets when they had NINE PEOPLE pull forward. Management allowing this to happen is a shortcut and unacceptable in the restaurant/fast food industry and SLAMS the house, leaving employees and customers unhappy. The whole property is tiny, you have to enter from the back and go ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING, SQUEEZE THROUGH NINE CARS WAITING FOR THEIR ORDER TO GET BACK TO THE BACK FOR THE DRIVE THRU. Eliminate an aisle of parking for cripes’ sake, if you need more room. Listen, I haven’t had a greasy fast food cheeseburger in 6 months and was really looking forward to my meal and made sure I went to CULVERS so I didn’t have any issues. However, THIS Culver’s is chaotic and ridiculous. ALSO: If you’ve been to Culver’s, then you KNOW you can get cheese fries. Asked for cheese fries and the guy taking our order was like, “Um, I mean, we have chili cheese fries.” So I re-phrased the question and asked for fries with a cup of cheese and he said, “Oh! Yeah we can do that.” As if their menu doesn’t say Fries: Add Cheese for $0.50… I’m just… I can’t LOL I was so hangry I ate the food anyways. And there was nothing wrong with it besides how long it sat before the food was brought out to us. Maybe have more than 1 person running the orders out? I’m not sure… but I *WILL* be contacting corporate so they can address these issues.

Food was actually pretty good, aside from the fact that my Patty melt was burnt. Unfortunately to get one Patty melt and chicken strip kids meal took 50 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us in the drive through

Ordered 2 double patty melts and two sundaes from drive through. Was first brought out wrong order and had our # taken. Then different person brought out our order and asked for our #. He was unaware of the situation so seems she didn’t tell anyone. One of our double patty melts only had 1 patty. They were pretty soggy and only lukewarm. Our sundaes were pretty melted too. All in all it was pretty sub par for a first trip to the new Culver’s.

Honestly better than I expected. The cheese curds weren’t as hot as I would have liked them to be, but they were still good. On the other hand, the cheese sauce for the pretzel bites melted the plastic container they came in. The strawberry milkshake was pretty good and had some nice chunks of strawberry in it. Had to wait a little bit longer than I would have liked for the food especially considering some of it came out cold but all is well.

Food was ok. Nothing indescribable to write about. Certainly wouldn’t be in my top choices. However, the staff was amazingly friendly. The wait was not overly long. So, in a pinch, it would be absolutely fine to visit again.

This was the rage when it came in earlier this year, but something happened. The floors are filthy, the bathroom floor was even worse. What are they mopping with? It looks like mud and soft drink. If you’re the manager at a brand new restaurant, wouldn’t you notice when things weren’t kept up?! No lids for the drink cups. Food was okay, but having visited the bathroom before our food was brought out and seeing the filth everywhere, I was a bit concerned about the wholesomeness of my dinner. So, after a flurry of good business at the start, our Culvers has turned into a shabby dumpy little restaurant visited only by those who don’t know any better. Culver’s needs to take a good close look at the management and staffing of this restaurant lest it bring their reputation down.

We stopped in at around 5pm, there were 3 of us, it seemed like they had plenty of staff, I ordered a butter burger, my wife and mom ordered fish dinners I also ordered shimp but they later came to my table to tell me they didn’t have shrimp, things seemed unorganized, none of the ketchup dispensers had ketchup and when I asked the young man said he was taking care of it but it never happened also the restaurant really needed cleaning, many uncleaned tables. How scary to have young kids handling your investment.

Be prepared to wait a long time and even after multiple attempts to not get what you want. Ordered 3 meals, 1 extra side, and 3 concretes. Got our food with double the extra side and not the original side with a wait for the ice cream. After fixing the sides still no ice cream. After longer brought all 3 smalls mix in, all I 1 cup. Asked about it and got one more small with no mix ins. 3 hrs later and just leaving an item short. Watched another meal sit for 20 min on the heating ready table.

Love Culvers! I always get a good burger here. I like the mushroom swiss. And I’m a sucker for crinkle cut fries and cheese curds. Quickly becoming my favorite burger in town. Drive through is slow, so I prefer to dine in.
