6/14/23 3:42pm I came bought bread and left my wallet by the time I got home and realized I left it, I immediately call and start to drive back to oak knoll shopping center little ceasers and ask if there is someone who can review the cameras, a worker says they already told me they didn’t see the wallet. I say it’s there someone who can check the cameras and am told no. I asked for the supervisor or owner’s information and the girl at the counter gets a tall Hispanic man stating he’s the manager, I tell him that my wallet was left at the counter and by the time I got home I realized I left it, so I ask if he can have the cameras reviewed and he starts walking away and said his supervisor will so I asked for a name or a number and he refused to give it to me. Saying he can take my information but refuses to give me anyone’s name.

Place is a joke. Ran by little immature kids. Who don’t take pride in their work. Tried to walk in and order. Ordered special which was displayed on multiple signs. Was denied special. Their excuse was that I had to order online. I started to check phone. When another customer showed me visible special sign stating online or in person. She still didn’t honor. Left without ordering. Will never give my money to this establishment. She was also bad mouthing in back. She didn’t notice I was waiting to speak with her again. Horrible workers! No excuse for this kind of treatment

The attitude of the cashier sucked. I was denied an extra empty cup to give my toddler some sauce, and with a nasty attitude. It’s a freakin’ empty cup, lady. Every other Little Caesar’s I’ve been to has happily provided one. Ridiculous.

amazing customer service! alexis r actually helped me. she had such a great attitude and offered me napkins and peppers. despite the review on her I believe that was untrue. would definitely go back again! the pizza was also delicious!!! i ordered a thin crust 3 meat treat and it was nice and crispy!!

Received an undercooked calzony and crazy bread. Called to see about having it replaced and the manager proceeded to argue rudely over the phone that our food wasn’t undercooked and accusing us of lying. It’s just sad that we will have to drive farther to avoid going to the Little Caesars in Orcutt due to poor quality food and terrible customer service.. We may just stick to Domino’s in Orcutt from now on, since the price are basically the same.

Went in today and I ordered the 5$ lunch combo , the lady was super sweet she always is to me every time I go there . I also got an order of the crazy bread but I was a couple cents short & she ended up putting the rest in for me ❤️❤️ I wish I knew her name !!! All I know is I noticed her always working , that girl deserves a raise!!! Thankyou so much love for the amazing customer service!!

This place is terrible. I have been here several times and neither the food nor staff are good. The staff, is rude, impatient, and unorganized. The food has never been good, from overcooked Hot and Ready’s to the last pizza we had that gave my little one mild food poisoning. We thought maybe everybody has an off day, so we have tried going back. Well, 3rd times a charm for me. Never again at this location. Proceed at your own risk.

I have never gone into this store and actually gotten my pizzas. No matter how many people are in there or not they never have it ready. Also, sometimes they just close over an hour early? Don’t know why. It’s apart of another dimensional plane apparently.
