Ordered a side of chips and cheese.. got my cheese, but no chips. I understand mistakes but there were literally 2 other people in the restaurant and they were already sitting with their food. So, it’s not like they were extremely busy.

Not coming back again. I ordered a nachos bellgrande and after I ate a few, I saw that there were many strings of hair stuck to the side and in the beans. There were at least 5 hairs and happens a lot. Before, I also ordered the quesadilla. When I opened the quesadilla there were 2 hairs inside stuck the the cheese.

Just hit the taco bell on south atherton. Used the wash room first, no soap. Then stood at the counter for at least ten minutes. Several employeys made eye contact with me but never mad an attempt to come to the counter and take my order. Two other costomers came in and waited for 5-10 min after myself. We all just left without anyone having there order taken. Second time this has happened in the last week.

No issues with this taco bell. Drive through is fast and accurate. I have went into this one many times and always found the associated to be friendly and pleasant. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Over in would say this is one of the most consistent taco bells that I have been in.
