I went to this store today thinking it would be a quick stop… I waited 5 minutes in line, then after receiving my items I then had to wait another 5 minutes since they parked a car right in front of the drive thru exit. Then was rudely told he was waiting for his stuff. So you expect other customer to wait for another customer to get their items before they can leave? I have things to do. How odd.. the women with the gauges in her ears and black nails and black hair.. maybe you should get a new job if you don’t like this one boo! On top of that when I opened my hash browns at home they weren’t even fully cooked like wow.

Just ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 sandwiches. Asked for real sugar, got Splenda. Both drinks have little to no ice. Asked for no egg, got egg. Asked for my coffee to be made correctly & got much attitude from the attendant. To top it off I get a long piece of weave in the bag with the sandwiches. Worst service and employee ever. Disgusting service and standards.

If I could give a no star review I would. Every time I go here its a half hour of waiting if the line is short, much longer if its a long line. The order is never right, the staff are to busy chatting and not helping their customers. If you do make it to the drive through window they are always rude.

This is the last straw for me and this location. My order gets messed up constantly, I’ve gotten sour milk 2 times now, my mobile orders are constantly wrong or items are forgotten and then given to me wrong. It’s ridiculous that an establishment can treat people like this and have no repercussions. Thank you for taking my money and ruining multiple mornings.
