After working all day she said I’m sorry. Not the first time I have ordered a spud snd they did not have. She didn’t even ask if she could fix me something else. Terrible custom service.

My three star explanation, I did not purchase food, so therefore that is the reason for the five star on food. I assume that the manager was the one who waited on me, just seemed dazed, disoriented, out of touch with reality, lack of customer service feel. The atmosphere felt like being at a visitation in a funeral home.

Good service. Young lady took my order and told me about every sandwich I asked about and recommended a few popular ones. I got a half Rueben and a half jalapeño turkey crunch side of potato salad and side of cucumber and tomato salad. Everything came out in a decent time. And tasted great!! Like frfr everything was good!! Oh I also had a blueberry lemonade it was very good too

I tell you what I really would like a French dip everytime I order one I don’t get the DIP I thought for sure this would be better than ARBYS who can’t seem to remember it either !!! Then no sauce of any kind dry flipping sandwich waste of time and I go hungry I’m 18 miles away no way to go anywhere which is why I ordered it. Spent the budget for today so thanks McAlisters no dinner a small cup of Mac n cheese wow!! Pay attention to your delivery orders!!!!

For some reason, I always forget McAlister’s exists. And then, randomly, I’ll get a craving for a bread bowl. I’m pretty sure McAlister’s is the only place that offers soup in bread bowls. Good soup at that.

Unbelievably slow service relative to the amount of customers there. I waited nearly 20 minutes in line before I left. I’ve eaten here before and the food is good but it’s pricey for what it is and the service at this particular location needs serious improvement.

I’ve never had a bad experience with McAlisters. Everyone here at this location has always been courteous and professional. I love their carrot cake and their broc and cheddar soup! I wish there were more locations available. There’s literally none in Smyrna but it’s worth my drive to Murfreesboro every single time.
