Haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in a long time and will never again be ordering…breadsticks came in a bag old and nasty. Only reason didn’t take back was because my kids were hungry. Pizza was just terrible I’ve had frozen pizzas that were by far better…..over fifty dollars later…

I ordered a extra large extra cheese pizza with two cups of cheese and breadsticks last night and received a stale warm pizza with a curdled cup of cheese and hardened cup of “cheese”. The breadsticks were fine with no complaints there. I have the opinion that I was given a order previously made by another customer and it was warmed up for me. There was no extra cheese and the staleness of the pizza brings me to this conclusion. The review system Pizza Hut sucks and all around will never order from Pizza Hut again and especially from the location at Southport Rd. and Emerson Ave.

So ordered a personal pizza, wings and breadsticks last night at 8:30 thinking I was going to get a a normal experience with ordering food as anyone should. Get the text message that food was being made then an hour and half later get a message it was out for delivery. Funny thing is the food never showed up at all. Called the store today and no one picked up. What a joke of a business that you just take peoples money

If I could give no stars at all I’d be happy. Pan crust pizza was rock hard and cold!!! No flavor, nothing. The appearance was awful. The pizza and some of the toppings were burnt, especially the mushrooms. It’s as though all the focus was on the pastas and even they were bland and missing flavor. I’ve never tasted Alfredo that didn’t taste like Alfredo til now. The cheesy bread sticks were the only thing that tasted good and had lots of flavor and AGAIN they weren’t cut at all! Thrown into a box uncut….this was the worst experience from Pizza Hut yet. And $40???? I could’ve done a lot more with my money! Just TERRIBLE….No more chances Pizza Hut.

Pizza was fine. But the cheese sticks where way over cooked to the point of being hallow shells. With a small amount of burnt cheese on the outside. Definitely will not be ordering from this location agian. Depending on future experiences maybe none of the others in this area either while here for work.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and the online ordering says 45-55 minutes and takes 2 hours to actually be delivered. Today the order was placed at 7:03 and wasn’t deliver until almost 9:30. The gentleman that delivered said the food was hot and sorry for the long wait so I was at least thankful for hot fresh food. That wasn’t case though. The breadsticks looked half baked and had no seasoning. The pizza was barely still warm. I ordered the big dinner box with 3 pizzas to feed 9 people as we had guests over and the delivery took so long that our 5 guests left as it was getting late. I ordered 2 cheese cups as well and those weren’t in the box either. I wanted to give them another chance after my first experience thinking it was a bad day for them but this proves it’s more than that. I’ll be calling tomorrow for a refund.

The customer service is absolutely terrible! I called because my account was charged 2 times and trying to figure it out. I was told to call back after 8 to speak to the manager. I explained to the person on the phone I still wanted my order. After I finally figured it out and got home I was very disappointed in the food. On one of the pizzas there was no cheese at all. On the other several slices were crust only. As far as the taste it was lacking compared to other locations. I would highly recommend ordering from another location.
