Get here early because they sell out! We had breakfast tacos that were amazing! The flour tortilla was stuffed with a full egg and generous portions of meat! We tried the barbacoa and bacon tacos! The chicharron was amazing and came in bite-size strips! I eat a lot of chicharron and loved the way La Reina serves it up! Nice and crispy! You may wait a few minutes, but it is totally worth it – as the sign says, they are not fast food, and they cook everything to order! So delicious! And everyone working there is super friendly! We got our tacos to-go, but they have a small outdoor uncovered seating area outside if you want to eat there.

This is a small family business with a great attitude. They worked this beautiful business for a very long time. I always order the same thing so it’s always done rite. Just check in at their business early because they run out early. Don’t get upset if they are closed because when you do get them open it worth the wait.

Stopped by because we were heading to Del Rio and wanted tacos found this place on Google maps and was very satisfied. The tortillas were soft and the portion in the tacos was great they also tasted very good I recommend there barbacoa tacos.

Super quick service. The corn tortillas definitely the star of the meal. No indoor seating means you grab and go or eat at the picnic table outside without any shade. Food was definitely good and prices fair.

Always courteous service, excellent corn tortillas, but that’s not all! The barbacoa is one of a kind as is the menudo. If you like homemade chicharrones or carnitas that’s the place to buy them. If you want breakfast or lunch tacos, they’re on the menu too. For those that make tamales a tradition, masa is always available, which is milled and prepared right inside. Let’s not forget the bottled soft drinks from Mexico to sooth that delicious hot sauce on your tacos.
