Maybe it was an off night, but it wasn’t great. Traveling solo and waked over from hotel. They sat me at a table so slanted that my water spilled. I moved to the adjacent flat table. Took a long while for server to come over and when she did she seemed confused about if I should be her table or not. Cocktail was good, but strange to not have prices on the drink menu. Ordered pizza that took 45 minutes to hit the table. Pizza would have been better had they cooked it longer. It was not cooked through in the center. Pizza was a little pricey, but I get it. When I was finally ready to go, it took about 10 min for the server to return. I absolutely hate when servers “hun” and “honey” me, especially a young person. You don’t have to ma’am me either, just talk to me.

Great food! We ordered pizza. A little pricey but FAR better than any chain pizzeria!!! Delivery takes a while as well (about an hour to an hour and a half) but again, it’s so much better that we just plan accordingly. We’ll order again.

Have gone here several times and always enjoyable. This time we came on Mother’s day so the place was busy and every table was seated. Our table had the veal cutlet, lasagna and spaghetti with meatball. The portions were huge and had to take boxes home. They start you off with bread, pasta and red bean salad. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We went for a special occasion, we called ahead to reserve a space and inquire about when they closed- their site said 10, the woman on the phone said 930 and had a conversation about how many and that we couldn’t get there until 845 and mentioned if they thought it wouldnt be enough time to let us know and we’d call around elsewhere. The person who answered the phone said that was perfect and would have the table ready. At this point we were so excited to go and the gal who answered was very sweet. I was the first to arrive and our server was HORRIBLE wanted everyone’s order the minute i sat down and I told her I don’t know their order but that they would be arriving around 845 like discussed on the phone (this was 840 when I got there) she said well she needed it then because they close at 9. I let her know about the hostess that answered said 930 and she said i was lying that the person who answered was her daughter and there’s no way she’d say that. Waitress walked off and the rest of the party arrived and she was very rude saying she needed our orders. I told her well we just got everyone here and we don’t have menus to see what they even have. She huffed got menus, you can guess how the rest went same horrible attitude. We were also not the last to walk in and sit down. We hurried and finished around 915 and two other tables were still eating- she brings the bill and is hurrying for the cards very rudely- we hand her the cards and tipped her 30% for the inconvenience. Next morning the math is just not making sense found out she auto grated our table and didn’t say anything. So she got a 58% tip and gave the WORST service we’ve ever had. Not to mention while we are trying to eat she’s complaining that no one cleaned their sections properly or knew how to set a table. Our party of 9 and our friends and family will NOT be back.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I ordered an Italian Beef with fries. The sandwich was delicious, but I couldn’t finish it all and brought half of it home with me. The fries were perfectly cooked, best I’ve ever had. The rest of my party ordered pizzas. I had a few pieces and it too was delicious as usual for this restaurant.

My family has been going here for decades. I’ve lived on the East Coast for 16 years, and before that, over 20 years in various other locations, and traveled extensively, and during all that time I’ve never – NEVER – had a pizza as good as Villa D’Carlo’s. I will say that on this particular visit it fell a little short of the mark. But perfection all of the time is probably too much to ask!

Recently moved here…. Thought we would brave our comparisons to the Italy dishes from our recent travels. Welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. Started with the bruschetta..,, wow.. the freshness of the tomatoes at this time of year was amazing and generously served. Followed w a pasta salad and kidney bean pickle salad. Both were very tasty and delicious. Our main courses were the Italian sampler and the Villa pasta. The sausage is made in house and the sauces for both dishes very tasty and very well done. You can taste the dedication in the preparation and get a feel for each flavor on both of these dishes. We had plenty of left overs to take home as the portions were very large. Love the atmosphere and will return once we come back from some Sunny parts of the US. Nick was our server and very helpful understanding each dish we were ordering.

We stopped in to get a pizza to take back to our room while traveling through the area, im so glad we decided on this place. The pizza was fantastic, I asked for it a little well done and crispy and it was cooked to perfection, the toppings tasted fresh. If I ever find myself in Kenosha again I will definitely come back.

I ran in literally minutes before the start of the fireworks on the 4th of July frantically looking for somewhere I could find milk for an overwhelmed and tired little one as we didn’t expect to be out as late as we did that day and this was the last ditch effort to find her a bottle before the fireworks started and the gentlemen working the front asked me if I was here to pick up a pizza and it was obvious they’re were closing up to enjoy the 4th for themselves and he so kindly gave me a glass of milk with a lid and straw and even offered to warm it for me. That really moved me as kindness like this is hard to find these days. Thank you so much as my little one enjoyed her very first fireworks and was able to settle with her milk in her bottle all to this young man. I will never ever forget that experience. Thank you again to that gentlemen as he was the saving grace of the whole night. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
