We had a great experience at Suite Fire! This place is tucked away in the Holiday Inn, but I’m so glad we tried it. The food was cooked to perfection, the cocktails were great. Everything was delicious. Things were very reasonably priced. You also get two sides (and Texas toast) with an entree! Thank you Chef Seth and Connor for taking care of us!

They have a great happy hour here every day from 4 to 6. Five different food selections for $6, as well as discounted house, wine draft beers, can beers, mixed drinks, etc. There’s a beautiful patio with comfortable chairs and fire pits as well as flatscreen TVs. The bar manager Kim is always very friendly. It is a hidden gem and Peoria.

My wife and I was looking for a place to eat Saturday night that wasn’t going to blow us up where we would be miserable . We decided to thy Fire Bar and Grille since we were near. I picked the prime rib wrap. With bourbon, sweet potatoes. My wife order a wedge salad with a order of bourbon shrimp. Food came out rather quick but it wasn’t real hot. Our waitress was very nice. All and all the food was good and for a total review I give this place 4 good stars. We would go back again.

Nice hotel bar with great outdoor seating area. Food is decent and service was great. Happy hour from 4 to 6 also very good. $2 pints. Lacks a bit of atmosphere but would definitely recommend if looking a couple of quiet pints

May give it another try. Other people’s food looked good. We tried the prime rib. Don’t. Every part of it was tough and stringy like against the grain. We literally had to chew it, remove it from our mouths and separate it and chew it again. Gross. The cook/chef needs education on rare, med rare, med, med well and well. The bourbon sweet potatoes were good. The spicy sweet sauce was a surprise and worked. The creme brulee was good except for needing to chisel the supposed Carmel on top. It’s not Carmel if it’s harder than peanut brittle.

The waitress worked very hard to accommodate our needs. The food quality was subpar. I found the taste , presentation and quality quite poor. I will not be returning. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT-AT ALL COST UNTIL THEY HIRE A QUALIFIED CHEF.

Went for a birthday dinner. Steaks were cook as requested. Service is at a slow pace. This great if you like the company you are with (not an in and out meal). Server was very polite and check back frequently regarding drink need and quality of food. You are able to eat at either of the two bars, tables, or booths. Would recommend for slow a date down, or take a minute to catch up with friend. Would come again

My wife and I decided to try this for someplace different. Our server was great. We both had the Prime Rib dinners. EXCELLENT!! Salad was very nice not just lettuce. Our other sides were great. We will definitely be back for more prime rib. It was Very Tender and cooked to perfection, a great cut of meat and the flavor was fantastic. Compliments to the chef on a job well done.
