This place is a joke. Who ever is in charge of this place needs to put attention to this place. The employees are rude no customer service and they use profanity freely.The wait time to get the food is ridiculously and either is incomplete or they forget somethings from your order,just to make it look like is your fault, and you need to wait more time. Employees do not use gloves when handling food.

I ordered from this location and had just served my 8 year old ,good thing she only likes cheese pizza because on my pizza that I ordered with pepperoni Nd on Half pepperoni,black olives and bell pepper.only to take a bite and felt some crunchy /hard object. Honestly that’s carelessness And s serious choking hazard . I called and they act like I’m making it up, get it together all the staff , cook line . This could of been a lawsuit….

The wings were good but apparently extra cheese means any cheese. Regualr cheese means one small spoonful. There were a few strands of cheese scattered here and there. They were generous with the veggies, meat was fine, but they were just disrespectful with the little bit of cheese on a few slices. The crust also tasted more like hand-tossed than pan bcuz it was undercooked. The wings were tiny but good.

I’ve been loyal customer to this location, but lately is been poor food quality, service, and delayed delivery. I will be switching to another company. The girl with glasses that helps at the front counter is very rude and needs to switch jobs because is obvious she’s not happy there.

I’ve been ordering from this location on Hoover, here in Los Angeles for over 10 years, and not once have I ever been disappointed. The pizza taste is always consistently the same. The staff is always pleasant. They actually look you in the eye when you order. How many times do we go to places where they never once, look you in the eye to acknowledge your order. Not that I care but it speaks volumes about the person they hire, which in turn speaks volumes about management, and then the company.
