I ordered some wings for take out yesterday & when I got home I saw that there was a hair in my food. I called & was told I had to speak to a certain person for a refund & she’s only available between certain hours. I called back twice today during them hours & she apparently wasn’t there. I will never order anything from here again.

Went there tonight after a long day at work. Orderta margarita from the waiter,who I love. No we’ll. Saw the first Krista grab a bottle from under the counter and thought maybe she’s using we’ll? Asked the waitress. The waitress asked her and this was her response,very loud so I could be. ” You can look on the tape. I’m not making her another drink.” So un alles for. So unprofessional. They shouldn’t have such rude people working there. It’ll make people who come here all the time not come back. I have them two stars for the waitress or they would have gotten none. Went outside to leave and the bartenders do riend was giving me dirty looks.

There is a guy that cooks there and has been there for almost 15 years. I think. He is fantastic! So much more than a cook/chef. I had a terrible experience with the female manager and he totally took care of it for me. I ordered a margarita and for some reason… it was sweet. I told the manager that I wanted to leave and told her about the drink and asked her if she still wanted me to pay for it. The manager said “yes or don’t ever come back here again”…like I would just walk out or something. I could not believe it! She was incredibly rude!! I was trying to be courteous and give her an opportunity to make it right…remake the drink OR SOMETHING. Maybe something like…sorry…but yeah, you have to pay for it. I even approached her a second time, trying to pay and she told me I was being rude. I do not know what this woman was on, but she was a total B. I couldn’t even get cashed out. I waited and waited to pay and then, finally, I approached the cook/chef since I had talked to him socially on other visits. I told him what happened and he totally took care of it. I didn’t even want a refund and he gave me a drink chip anyway. Good guy. That manager needs some serious customer service training. I’ve never been treated like that in my life.

stopped here 12/3/22 at 11:15 looking to grab some drinks. Hours said open til 2am on yelp but 11:30 on google. People inside but front door was locked. Blonde behind the bar saw us but refused to open the door. Was very disappointed after a long day. We could have had a few drinks within the 15 minutes to close. Been long term patrons but will think twice about going here for a while.
