Ordered pizza, chicken and other items, and after waiting over an hour called about an update and the lady rude and obnoxiously said it would be almost another hour wait; finally decided to go pick it up. I was missing an item and after eating half the chicken we realized it was still raw, and slimy in some places. Called and waited 10 minutes to be hung up on, called back and was told they would go get their manager. After another 15 minute wait I hung up and called back, waited another 10 for them to answer and was told I would have to be transferred to customer service, so don’t know why I was lied to about a manager coming. At the end of the day this was by far the worst place I’ve ever ate at; RUNNN SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I ordered a supreme pizza on door dash because they do not deliver in my area, and this Pizza Hut made a cheese pizza instead. When contacting Pizza Hut they told me I had to call DoorDash. They said they would get it re-ordered. My second delivery came hoping we’d get our supreme pizza and lo and behold. We open the box and it was a Cheese again we just got our credits back we don’t want delivery, but a system is broken. I hope somebody can fix it so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I attempted to call about my issue to the Pizza Hut and was hung up on after I spoke of my issue.

I’m so disappointed with my order. My pizza was dry and crunchy, even my 6 years old said it’s bad. Waste of money, food suppose to make you happy especially when you spent money but I’m disappointed.

No stars for the Parker CO pizza hut! I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and when I opened the box all I could see was cheese. On a large pizza there was maybe 10 little slivers of steak barely any onions or peppers!!! NOT HAPPY!

We placed an order for pizza and the site said that it would be an hour wait, which we were fine with. After seeing no update to the tracking after half an hour we called for an ETA. When they finally answered the woman was absolutely rude, and informed us that it would be almost an hour late. We ended up just picking it up, and after eating about half the boneless chicken we see that the inside of the chicken is still a bit pink and slimey. We called back and had to wait a ridiculously long time to get an answer, then we were hung up on after explaining our issue. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

This pizza hut doesn’t care if you are happy with food or not. Took a six month break from them and then forst order after coming back was made wrong. Asked for a pizza with correct toppings and manager said no. Wow. Not great customer serve Pizza Hut.
