Food is hit or miss here. Sometimes chicken is juicy hot and crispy but most of the time it feels like hard leather. It’s very dirty inside and you can tell who ever manages the place doesn’t care. It’s a shame because I love Popeyes

Popeyes may just have some of the best tasting fried chicken and macaroni in Lumberton in my opinion. Real cheese and not yellow liquid in the macaroni and crispy, flavorful fried chicken. The Fish sandwich is juicy and tender. Real Cajun Goodness.

The date was 3/15/2023 around 7:30 pm. No receipt given. Facility was dirty, Trash and napkins visible all over the floor. No white meat chicken. Leg, thigh and wing for a 3 pc meal with one side and a dry biscuit for almost $10.00 Ridiculous!

First, what they charge is higher than menu prices. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and it came with 7 legs, not just dark meat, legs. The only white meat in the box is 2 breast. I feel like I was also shorted on my redbeans and rice as it was 2/3 full or less.

Experience 07/24/2023: I placed an order that was made incorrectly last night (Monday). I wasn’t made aware of that until I got home. I called and spoke to the night manager (Kayla) and her attitude was beyond what I was expecting. She was so polite and willing to make the matter right to the best of her abilities. I arrived back to the store and her attitude was the same polite and energetic. I want to say thank you (Kayla) for setting such a positive atmosphere to the point where my order being made incorrectly was no longer a problem.

if I can give zero stars, I would. The manager with the long eyelashes that comes over. Her knees was mad rude. The moment I walked in the door it was only three people in there working I waited 15 minutes inside just to get a order taken when I told her I need a minute to order that’s all I needed. She came back 15 minutes later with the attitude route and then said it would take 15 minutes just to make mashed potatoes and gravy, yeah I need to do better. The manager was very rude. I must add her. I will take a trip all the way to Fayetteville to go to Popeyes instead of this one.

When I say SLOW I mean SLOW. The service here is TERRIBLE. I waited 25 mins in the drive thru line for wings and a strawberry biscuit The wings were good, but biscuit was TERRIBLE, HARD, AND COLD. 1 out of 10 do not recommend.

I done a mobile order 15 minutes before arrival, go to drive thru & was told mobile orders have to be picked up inside. Once inside the cashier states they have no mobile order for me, never once checking the system. I showed my email confirmation to the shift leader, she went right to the mobile order screen & printed out my order but started on the mobile order of the person behind me. So I had to wait & order was still not correct. Told them of missing items & employee seemed as if I was bothering her. I’ve yet to meet a friendly employee there yet.

The restaurant score is 90!!!!! So for this restaurant to be fairly new the score is If the score was visible previous to ordering and before getting to the window, I probably would’ve drove off because how but I went through with the purchase like a person with no options ♀️ big mistake. It took us 30 MINUTES to end up with the wrong food of course, we did not check the food before we left, so chicken was extremely greasy and a little hard, rice what rice? the cup was full of beans with a teaspoon of rice Yea this experience sucked not one of these franchise owners care about what their restaurants are putting out ♀️ We had brown and black stuff in our frozen lemonade and no one knew how to make mashed potatoes I DO NOT recommend stopping here. Keep driving, please!
