The cashiers are usually pretty good. Only issue with the store is that the price for fuel on the sign is NEVER the same on the pump. I’ve mentioned it to the employees inside a few times but I rarely gets fixed. Even when it does get fixed, by the end of the week it will be inaccurate again

Back when Casey started doing the breakfast croissants I tried them out. They were so much better than the usual Sonic I was getting. The next time I came in a few days later they were running short. So I settled for something a little less than what I wanted. After about the next 12 times of going in and trying to get something and not having it or the lame excuse of ” we’ll have it in about 20 minutes ” just got tired of hearing it. Today, for the last time, I tried to get the breakfast. The only thing they had left was a piece of pepperoni pizza and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Now if you’re going to put up big signs bragging about how great your breakfast is you probably should have it ready to go shouldn’t you. I understand it’s a busy station but I was there at 7:00 a.m. that’s not late.

The staff is always friendly, the environment is usually clean and taken care of. However, I placed an online order for pizza and it was an estimated time of 20 minutes. I went to pick up my order and they hadn’t even cooked it. 1 hour later, still waiting on the order. I dont recommend ordering here, if your on a schedule or wanting an order quickly. Go somewhere that pays attention to the customer and understands that your time is important. At this Casey’s store, they do not do that. /Changing to 1 star. Got my order home and they didn’t even make it right. Waited a total of 1 hour and 8 minutes. Incompetence at its finest. Avoid this store, they would even screw up the fuel your paying for. Wow.

I ordered a pizza,today at 2pm and was to pick it up at 5:15pm. I arrived at 5:15pm and waited my turn at the counter. When I got to the counter the clerk went to check on my pizza. He returned to tell me they hadn’t started my pizza that they had others ahead of me. When I placed the order I asked if there would be a problem in having it ready at 5:15 and was assured it would be ready. This is not my first time having problems ordering at this location. This is my last time using this location.

It’s another overpriced Casey’s. Yes for the most part they are always clean most are fairly new. They are just to rigid , boreing. It’s like nothing ever changes. And their drink cups ” plastic ” i don’t know maybe they don’t drink fountain drinks. If they did they would see you might as well put some ice in your hand and fill it with soda. It would be about the same. Plastic sweats so much you can’t put those cups in your car. You can’t put them in your tables or desk ,work benches . They don’t keep ice at all. Well anyway I’m glad I got that out.

I was just in this location to buy a sub sandwich. Rang the bell for service then spent thirty minutes wanting for service The two brain dead clerks just stood behind the counter looking stupid.I was not acknowledged while I waited or when I won’t be buying from Casey’s anymore.
