When I placed the order in drive thru today 5/1/22, the lady was very rude and act like she didn’t want to take our order. When we pulled to the window, we proceeded to tell her she didn’t ask if we wanted original or crispy and she said it’s original and shoved us our food. We didn’t get no receipt when we paid. We got home and we find small pieces of chicken in our bucket we ordered. We ordered a family meal and we had items that were missing. We tried calling the restaurant 4 times and no one answered. This is the Blue Ridge location in Grandview. Definitely will not be back

No one in the front… this guy comes up & says we dont have the tenders for the order…. I guess he was too busy making a mix tape or something smh. I visited the Grandview, MO store on 3/1/23 at 11:22am. I ordered a $6.99 meal and was told my total was $8.00 even. At home, I review my receipt and discover that .41 cents had been donated to the KFC Foundation. This donation was done without my knowledge.

At the drive through I was told it would be 16-22 mintues for extra crispy! I got to the window and then was told the original I opted out for would be 15ish mintues now so I pulled over and waited. After 30 mintues I went inside. Still not ready waited another 30. Got home chicken was not done in the middle neither was the biscuits. They forgot half the food and refused my drink. They didn’t ever hand me a receipt. THEY DID REFUND MOST OF MY MONEY. An hour and a half after placing my order. There was 6 other family’s in the same situation. As I was wanting. And SEVERAL WALKED OUT!

This was my side of Mac. I can’t believe someone would serve this. Stay away from this KFC. They were out of almost everything, the food I did get, the famous bowl, was smothered in gravy. It tasted like it had been soaking for a while, and burnt. Should have read the reviews before I went.
