Horrible food! Utterly disgusting! No flavor and some burnt meat! Mac salad was made with some weird dressing and tasted so bad! How this place gets high ratings is shocking to me! Clearly not authentic Hawaiian or island food! I will not be returning! The only thing worth eating is the steamed white rice. You can’t go wrong with that! Lol don’t let those pictures fool you!

I used to love this place, but I won’t be back for a long time. The portions have gotten smaller while the prices have increased. I’ve ordered the teriyaki steak the last two times I have been, and they gave me 4 pieces each time (that’s not a lot). Also, the mac salad is nasty. It’s swimming in mayonnaise.

The food is good. However, they have never once gotten my order right. I’d recommend going inside rather than the drive thru so you can watch what they put in your box and make sure it’s what you asked for. I’ve let it go a few times but now after a handful of visits with an incorrect order, my honest review would be 2 stars.

I really really love this place and go here weekly. We always get their teriyaki steak but for some reason this one experience the steak was dryer than jerky and crumbled when trying to eat. Thanks for the great food many times but please don’t let it over cook to the point of not being edible.

Absolutely amazing. Food was fresh and tasted great and the service was quick. The meat was cooked right in front and the shrimp was cooked on demand to keep it fresh. Very nice people and the restaurant was so clean despite a lot of people coming and going.

chicken katsu was burned black. mac salad was only like half a scope. rice was just straight mush. had the same experience 6+ months ago and decided to give them another try recently but that was a bad idea. save yourself a headache and go to St George if you want good Hawaiian food

The meat was undercooked. I don’t mind the steak so much but being served undercooked chicken is unacceptable. The Mac was good but the rice was soggy. My family is Polynesian and rice is important, my husband threw his rice away and ate the leftover rice we had the night before.
