They get the order correct, but they are so slow. And the KFC side is always out of some form of chicken. There is a brunette that is on the drive thru a lot and she’s great! I love when she’s working. Everyone is else is ok.

This place is a KFC / TACO BELL… They were out of Dark meat ORIGINAL recipe chicken. Was going to be a 30 minute wait. The pot pies weren’t ready, that was a 8 minute wait. The 2 crispy recipe chicken legs were very hard and seemed old. The Rootbeer was good and readily available. The cashier was nice.

Besides the service being unbelievably slow and confusing. The staff seemingly hating to be there. They told me that they don’t allow dogs in the store and when I told them it was my service dog they didn’t seem to care. I came in because I just got the Taco Bell app and it said I could get a free burrito and they say all we don’t do the Taco Bell app.

Retired combat vet US Navy right arm is frozen HFA long black hair manager in appearance saw I couldn’t grab the straws and bank card fast enough threw straws in car then my order came up told her I only had one arm she proceeded to forcefully hand large food bag to me I asked her if she was ok she said are you bye slammed window she was training new got on register I think that’s why she was really short and rude to me
