Most of the time the food is good, although I wish the breadsticks weren’t over done. Seems like they just don’t bake them like they did years ago. Been going here for many years…it’s pizza hut. Never got anything horrible from here, I just wish some of the food tasted the way it did years ago. Most times we pick it up ourselves, when we do have it delivered, they are pleasant.

Where should I begin? I’m a domino’s customer but since I was on Summit, I stopped in to the hut. Simple carryout order of pan pizza and bread sticks and given no receipt (that should have been my clue right there). Waited in the lobby for my order. Guy hands me the pizza and no bread sticks…says he forgot to make them but claimed he didn’t charge me for them – $17.34 for a pan pizza with one topping?. Came home, called the restaurant because the pan pizza was $10 on special and the bread sticks were $5.99 and I wanted a credit or refund. The first time I called, was on hold waiting for the mgr before being hung up on after 10 mins. Second time I called, they couldn’t find my order in the system. Third time I called, the delivery guy answers and said he couldn’t help me and to call the store mgr in the morning. Forget that, I’ll never be back. Domino’s from now on. How does this place stay in business???

What can I say? It’s Pizza Hut………it was late, my favorite pizza place was not delivering any longer and my freezer was on the blink, so no frozen pizzas to bake myself. Haven’t had Pizza Hut pizza in years and remember it as mediocre at best. Thought maybe they improved the sauce, overall flavor and ingredients, but not so much. Tasted the same. Ordered Xtra cheese and I could barely see ANY cheese on it. Ordered pepperoni and didn’t see any slices of that either. AND, it was incredibly expensive for what I got. My normal pizza place provides a larger, tastier, hot, delicious pizza for the same money. They need to Refresh their recipe and use higher quality ingredients. Kids may love it because they don’t know any better, but as an adult pizza connoisseur, it fell flat for me. The only good thing was the fast, friendly delivery.

The staff here is always pleasant, our orders are always on time. Rarely do we have any issue with something wrong on the pizza. And when we do it’s maybe just too much sauce, nothing major. We do carryout all the time. I recommend this location for sure.

Just placed a phone order for delivery from here a good hour before it closed. It is the first time in my life I have ever had an order not show up. No call, no notification, just never bothered to show up.
