First time I let it go because I thought ok people have bad days or i don’t know. Clearly it is just how she is. She needs to watch how she says things to people. The remodel of the restaurant looks great! The staff is kind and engaging for an obviously difficult public facing position (New Englanders without their Coffee are feral by nature). The doughnuts seem to have shifted to a better display cabinet of front but the selection is extremely small, with many trays empty, limiting selection. I’ve been seeing this across the city, though. Even the rename of just “Dunkin” looks like their moving away from the doughnut options .

When I first moved to Taunton last summer I would always come to this location and the staff was so friendly and efficient. I don’t know what happened in the last few months but my order has been wrong multiple times and the staff is so rude. I always order a matcha latte with oatmilk and every time I get it there’s chunks of powder in the drink. This happens ONLY at this location. I never have this problem anywhere else and the manager Lauren insisted that they can’t blend the drink because it’s a milk alternative and that this is how the drink comes. I assure you sis, the drink isn’t meant to have chunks of matcha powder stuck to the bottom and sides of the cup. You can very easily shake the powder and oatmilk up before adding ice to make sure the powder is actually mixed, or use the blender and idk, maybe just wash it when you’re done….I won’t be coming back to this location for sure. This was actually the only time they refused to mix my drink up after handing it to me with it not mixed so maybe it’s just the manager that’s rude and lazy?

We tried to order doughnuts at night from the drive through on Saturday Nov 12th. The lady was rude and cranky. She literally told us that she hardly had any doughnuts when we asked her what she had available. We ended up telling her to just give us a dozen of what she had because it seemed like such a huge inconvenience for her to tell us.

There is one nice guy there and very soft spoken. Everyone else come across rude and unbelievable unhelpful. They never get the orders right or the coffee nor can they melt sugar or shake your coffee. They love giving out cups leaking and spilling so you wear it. Not a fan

I don’t like to be that guy but I have to leave a negative review. I stopped by this dunkin got a drink and a sandwich I was the only car in line despite the 5 minute wait at window when I went to bite into the sandwich it was hard. The bacon was all the way black burnt.and bread was stale
