Three employees were present. Only one was taking 1 order at a time and then cooking it to completion before moving along to the next. One employee spent 80% of their time outside smoking. The last one spent her time flirting with 1 customer, or on her phone. You’re paying your employees for nothing. Experience was terrible, customer service was terrible. At least the food was decent.

This visit wasn’t like prior visits. Took 5 mins to place order after sitting down. Didn’t get any syrup for waffles but didn’t matter because the waffles were hollow crusts on a plate (taken out of waffle iron with a fork). Hella employees, though. Seems like the ticket for 2 meals gets higher but the food quality ain’t equaling what’s paid. My 1st time not tipping a server, People need to remember who they customers be or start servicing all in order to get paid.

Restaurant was completely filthy !!!! 5 people just standing around not acknowledging customers have walked in while playing. Not a clean table or seat in the place. So surprised the health inspection hasn’t closed the place down…… and the final quote syringes in the bathroom floor. Won’t ever go back

Great experience here! My husband and I went here for lunch. It wasn’t crowded, just us at the time. We enjoyed chatting with our waitress and the cook. The food was delicious. The store was clean. Great all around!!

The crew were very unprofessional and very pushy to take your order using curse words in front of patrons like for instance im to old for this sh!* and such, the training of a whole crew at one time was also very annoying. The food was under cooked the hashbrowns were very undercooked and the sunny side up eggs were gelatinous because they didnt cook them long enough and the waffle wasnt left on long enough dont order the all star not worth it bacon was crispy over cooked. The older lady was nice but very pushy, “can i take your order” one minute please “okay” 2 seconds later “you ready yet” ugh what the hec. Just all out very un professional not the to mention their coffee wasnt made right very light mostly water with barely any actual coffee I normally love the coffee this visit makes me never want to go back, and i wish me and my father would have gone to Dennys or something ugh what a waste of time.
