My mother and we’re there together, staff was AWESOME. Everybody went out of their way to be helpful. I am disabled, in a wheelchair, without it. With a walker, oxygen, and a brace on my left leg. So they were very, very, helpful!!!. Thank the Lord. We could not make it. up our minds, they waited. patiently. The food was delicious. I had turkey and mash with gravy. My mom had chicken fried steak with mashed. We also shared an order of onion rings, so yummy.

The service was the worst I’ve encountered in years. My family and I waited to get our food for an hour. What makes it worse is that the restaurant wasn’t that busy. My family and I watched as others left due to them slacking. My sister had a doctors appointment so we were on the clock. When we were leaving they said our food was ready to be served. Wow! Are you kidding me?! Now they decide to say that. So we left hungry.

This place took over 10 minutes to seat us, check someone out because they were all to busy doing their own things. I actually had to ask for help finally. Then they sat us at a dirty table, gave us two separate sets of dirty silverware. My hubby couldn’t even stomach it and decided to not order ANYTHING! Don’t come here!

Prior to this, I’ve never had a bad experience here. My kid ordered the eggs Benedict. Typically you sprinkle the paprika on it. The cooks mixed it in the hollandaise sauce. When questioned about it, they denied it was in there. Kid has an allergy to bell peppers, which is the main ingredient to paprika. We spent the night in the ER due to this. Waitress was all on her own, and couldn’t really do much besides refer us to call the manager. Sorry, I’ve worked food service, I expect more from a hot line. Not going back.

I arrived here with a party of five at 9:20 PM, and the place closes 10:00 PM. The place was pretty much deserted with only two other people. When I walked in she asked how many guests I had. I said that I had five, and she responded with “Sorry our kitchen closes at 9:30 PM” What does that suppose to mean? What was the point of asking if you were not going to serve us anyways. I arrived before 9:30 PM therefore the kitchen was not closed. Sounds like a lame excuse to not work and make food for someone at a food place. I just find it kind of funny. I would think that serving five people when there was pretty much no one in the restaurant would be an easy and fast thing to do before closing, but I guess not. We just went to Denny’s instead.

I usually order the usual order for my morning, the Strawberry and banana french toast, but this morning, the order didn’t look any bit of appetizing. The strawberries came more watery instead of the usual syrup, the bananas were more old and wilted, and no butter was included with it. Had me disappointed when I reached home.
