I’ve been ordering from pinecrest bakery, my mistake was to pick this location. I noticed the pastelitos were looking different , the lady working there told me that’s how they come . I ordered through Uber and most of my food was fine but the two papa rellenas I ordered were frozen inside. It legitimately crunched when I bit into it, it was so icy. I had to microwave it just to bear eating it. Really annoying.

Monday June 21st at 12:15 I came Into this location because I was close by , usually I go to the us1 location and I’m attended and greeted right away and the shelves of pastelitos are filled to the top. I don’t know if it’s because this is a new location but the service was horrible barely had pastelitos on the shelves and took more than 5 minutes to be attended and I was the only person in line. If this location keeps going how it is right now I don’t see it lasting long. I just wanted to write this because I was very disappointed , usually I have good experiences at the other locations but this one was not it. After waiting 30 minutes for my food and asking where it was they just said oops the ticket didn’t get to the kitchen 😐 wow (new management asap!)

Love this place! Pinecrest Bakery never disappoints! Love the Cafe Con Leche in particular. I also love to pick up a large box of chicken croquettes, much better than any of the supermarket competitors. Also the pastelitos are all wonderful.
