It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Pizza Hut. I placed an order online, and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I walked in at that time to pick them up, and there was no one at the counter, and I didn’t see anyone for at least 5 minutes. However, I did hear talking in the back and I knew they were talking about my order, which apparently hadn’t even been started. My 15 minutes until ready turned into 40 minutes. It was frustrating as we had people at home waiting, and honestly I remember Pizza Hut pizzas being better than what I ate that night.

My order with this establishment was flawless. I ordered two pizzas for my family and they were both ready in exactly 15 minutes. It was dumping snow everywhere and one of the female employees came out with the pizzas in hand and delivered them to the correct side of my vehicle. She was smiling and I apologize for making her come outside in the snow, but she smiled and said “No problem!” The pizza was hot and delicious! I will definitely come here again.

Incompetant thieves!!! Waited 2 1/2 hours. How long does it take to cook a simple pepperoni and deliver it less than a mile? Store will not answer phone. Contected generic order number…requested the order be cancelled…yeah sure Wilber. Listed it as a fraudulant transaction with the credit card company. Reordered with Dominos…delivered in 35 minutes…and no Pizza Hut, don’t bother sending me an email address to discuss it…I’m out.

Pizza was great but only half the order was right, I called 10 times and no one picked up. Wasn’t going to drive back to the location with how far it was. Pretty ridiculous business practice to completely ignore the phone. Happy to change my review if I get a refund of the incorrect pizza.

Pizza was good– classic Pizza Hut flavor. Service was also very friendly! Only docking a star because twice now I’ve been notified my pizza was ready only to get there and have to wait 2 – 5 mins for the pizza to actually be done and ready to hand over.
