I got the pulled pork sandwich with the spicy manga habanero sauce. It was really good! If you don’t like it super saucy (like me) I do recommend asking light sauce on it but overall it was really good.

Best Ruben in town!!! You can taste the care that goes into this food and the pride he takes in making it. The menu has options for everyone, and the location is very convenient in downtown Eugene.

The biscuits and gravy was really good and a big serving! Tons of sausage in the gravy and big, flavorful biscuits that didn’t get soggy. The owner was kind while taking and making our order. Also got an Americano and a caramel latte. Enjoyed the coffee flavor, the latte would’ve been better with actual caramel rather than caramel flavored syrup – still liked it.

First time going here, I wasn’t sure first, but the food sounded really good period I won’t lie. It’s one of the best barbecues I’ve had out period! I’ve worked in a kitchen a long time in my pass and I can tell you working by yourself in a kitchen under those hot fryers and a hot oven and 90° weather is no joke! Shout out to that man !! Pull pork was DELICIOUS

I always like to see new small business start up and the tie died chef was a great example of how people can offer a personal service that meets the needs of the community. The pulled chicken sandwich was deletions and was still made in time for me to get back to work after my lunch break which is always appreciated. Thank you for the good conversation and awesome lunch

Hands down the best food truck experience. The man that runs it is so kind and hardworking, and the burger was the best I’ve had in a very long time! You will not regret stopping here, what more can you ask for than a kind guy and amazing food?! Thank you very much for your great business! I wish you all the luck sir.

Just tried the tie dye chef for the first time, been meaning to for some time, was a great experience owner is really kind and helpful with choices, food came out within 10 min, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the blue burger, everything tasted great and fresh, very happy with this food truck and will defiantly be returning to try the rest of the menu! Great for when your at the Saturday market and looking for a good bite!

Not a fan of this food truck. Was told there would be a 20-minute wait and after 35 minutes we asked for a status on our food and he barked at us and told us that it hadn’t been 20 minutes and was rude. We ordered two cold turkey sandwiches, when we finally got them the bread was stale and were basic and not worth the price. The guy’s attitude was not friendly and we will not be going back there again. We saw other people standing around waiting for over a half an hour with food issues as well. If the owner reads this try to improve your attitude and maybe hire a helper to speed things up.

Food and service are great! The chef is very kind and truly cares about his customers and the quality of his food. We visit this food truck regularly and not once have we had a bad experience. The food is always excellent, as is the customer service. I highly recommend this food truck!
