food was a expected, but the service was sub par. When placing your order online, there’s a question that asked what time you will arrive – I walked in 2 mins after my stated time and had to wait for over 20 mins (that may have been when they started to prepare my order, could’ve been a one off since maintenance/ handy man was there working, or they have too many no shows that they prefer to wait for customer to show up) if it’s the latter, simple fix would be to charge customers at online checkout ‍♂️

We loved that the place was small and clean. Food was delicious. Large portions the price was very affordable. Felt like we were eating at our grandmother’s house and she took time and care to prepare the food. I had the beef noodle soup. The most tender beef I’ve ever had, noodles absorb the flavor of the beef broth. This is a great place to try good authic food. We will be coming back.

One chance to make a first impression. I was not impressed. The portion was large but not tasty enough to take home leftovers. Not sure if the noodles were handmade. I’ve been to many other “Noodle King” type of places and you can see them make your noodle. The service was not great. Communication is everything. Can’t really do it here.

This place was ah- mazing serving size was huge so you will have leftover.. waitress didnt speak much english but hey.. the food was just great! I got the shrimp fried rice, my kids both got shrimp/chicken chow mein the shrimps were huge..with a side of fried wings.. sooo good… an alternative to panda express. The environment was nice.

I loved the Braised Beef Noodle Soup! It’s delicious. Steaming hot beef broth with halved leeks, scallions and beef medallions was oh, so yummy! And the noodles were perfectly cooked and served on the side so I got to add them as I liked. I ordered the fried peanuts, too. Delicious, crunchy, lightly seasoned. Great food. Glad we found this place. Thanks, Noodle King on West Sahara!

This is one of the best kept secret of Las Vegas for authentic Chinese food. The owner has true passion for Chinese food. They prepare some of the food in front of you such as noodle or dumplings. My favorite dish is the Chinese chives fried dumplings (韭菜盒子） which is the best I ever have for long time. They have small shrimp in the stuffing (里面有小虾米）. Service is excellent with smile The space is limited but feel cozy.
