I was a first time customer today. I online ordered and picked up. The food was ready fast, but not without suffering in quality tremendously. It had 4 strips of bacon on it that was obviously the precooked kind and very thin slices. I would be surprised if it was 2 oz of meat. The bread was also very soggy and the sandwich was ice cold as if it had been premade hours earlier. Please view the photos for detail. Very disappointed. No, I did not ask for a refund or call as I did not have the time during my lunch hour. In the split picture the top photo is from their menu and the bottom is what I received.

Have come here a few times and never had a bad experience. Peyton was so friendly, service was great and the food was as usual fast and delicious. I could tell that he was helping maybe some new hires in the kitchen and was so nice and professional. Come to find out he’s the new manager of the store- wishing him all the best! Also- that new caprese salad sandwich my new favorite of all time- highly recommend.

This location truly needs to learn how to wrap unwiches, either the paper is completely rolled inside the unwich or else everything falls completely apart when you try to eat it. I have learned to get a plate & dice everything up & make a salad of it. Ingredients are fresh & I love it when an unwich is rolled properly!

Freaky fast delivery is gone! I placed an online order and an hour later it is finally out for delivery. That’s way too long! I could have just went through drive threw and got the order in 5-10 minutes. SMH I won’t be ordering from them any longer.

Placed a online order at 6:40pm, got there at 7pm, and told there are 3 orders ahead of mine and that the female working was the only one there. While I do feel bad for her, she was moving as slow as possible. My order was finally ready at 7:29pm. If I had not paid online I would have just walked out. This is ridiculous and management should be there helping this ONE employee if there was no one else there with her in a Friday night! It’s not only unfair to that employee but also the customers.

The woman that answered the phone was so sweet. She answered the phone 6 minutes before closing time and she was the happiest person to fill our last minute sub craving. We just had our second son and haven’t had the chance to comfortably get out. She even left the sweetest ‘Congrats’ message on the wrapping of our sub!!
