Great! Great! Great! We called last minute for a reservation, on Valentine’s day, and they got us in with no problems. The atmosphere was comforting and the staff was super friendly. Our waitress Tanya was amazing, didn’t skip a beat… and the homemade pasta and sauce was well worth way more than what we paid. Simply a great place to go. Thank you guys for making our Valentine’s day just that much more special!!! Keep up the hard work!!

Really good Italian! The decor of the place was also interesting—it’s an old house, so the rooms are small and cozy. For appetizers we had some anchovy-stuffed peppers, and for dinner I had linguine with white clam sauce. I chose the fresh clams and they were so go! Perfectly cooked.

Arrived at dinner time on a Friday night with two small children and a baby. The hostess, wisely, sat us in the area adjacent to the entryway. Our waitress was excellent, always checking on us even though we were out of the way. The children were able to learn and try to use proper restaurant manners without disturbing other people dining. For our first time there the food was very satisfying. The only thing I didn’t like was the coleslaw but thats just personal preference. The fish fry was perfectly breaded and delicious. We would definitely go back here again.

I have been going to this restaurant through three generations of family ownership. It has always been top notch in taste, flavor, quality, selection and the staff is and always has been the best in the city. If you are coming to town for a couple days and looking for a fantastic place to stay. Their B&B is far more than what you might expect, and lots more than you would ask for!

I arrived at this restaurant with about 40 other people on a wine tour. I ordered a simple dish of spaghetti and sausage. I took 2 bites and the sausage and sauce were both burnt. I was unable to eat the dinner. The waitress came by after everyone has eaten and were on their way out and offered something else. I explained my dissatisfaction with the dinner and that we were leaving. The bill came and the dinner was on the bill. I told the waitress that I was not satisfied and I was not paying for the entree. The waitress said she had to check with her boss. A portly fellow with a bad attitude showed up and argued with me about the quality of the food. This guy said then I will be charged for the bread and the water. The bread and water , are you nuts, I said. . . This place and the management is totally unacceptable and I would never go their again nor should anyone else !!!

We were there last night for their spaghetti special, it was terrible, the sauce was brown and spicy, the pasta was thick and like glue in your mouth! I ate about 1/4 of the bowl and couldn’t eat any more!!!!!!!!!The large salad that you pay extra for was very skimpy, not even a tomato or a piece of cucumber. I asked for their house dressing, it came to the table in a bottle in which the top of it was all sticky. I also asked for a glass of water which came in a plastic glass, took two sips and noticed the glass was cracked!!! Very disappointed in the food and will not return!!!! I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!!

I would never eat here again for being lied to.I had an awful seafood platter..let the waitress know she did not care nor did the owner. By the way don’t like your red sauce either .Try Ripas on Walden Ave. the Best sauce I have had ever and they make homemade pasta!
