My friends and I had slow service from the waited. The bartender was awesome. I was charged twice for food. I called the same night and was promised the manager would call me back. I still haven’t heard from them. I’ve been there a few times and just not impressed over all. The food was good, but being charged twice is why I treated it low.

One of the rudest bartenders I’ve ever seen. “Can I see your IDs, I’ve never seen any of you before so” all of us said nothing and were snagging our IDs and she said “so” again with the attitude and a snotty look on her face… yeah you’ve never seen us before and you’ll never see us again with that attitude. You also turned down the music to barely audible the instant we started paying for it.

This is an honest review… so please take this to heart if you are the owner. If it was my place I would want to know. Last night there was a small group of us in there around 8pm… the bartender was hanging out in the patio area most of the night and not hardly ever behind the counter. We literally would have to go and open up the door to the patio area and ask her if we could please order a drink. I’m not kidding… This went on all night. It was strange… especially because the reason we were there for the 2nd Wednesday in a row is how fantastic the same bartender was just a week prior. On the food orders, it wasn’t any better. Some orders took over an hour to come out (just wings) and some didn’t get their order at all and we basically told them to cancel their orders and that they had to leave and couldn’t wait any longer. One guy is still waiting for his wings to this day ….. I’m not kidding. When the last order came out and his never did, he was told he ordered something different and asked if he still wanted it. He was like, I know what I ordered and it’s been well over an hour and you never even put in that order, so just forget it. I realize there are staff shortages and what is going on in the world these days, but just some common communication and work ethic could have gone a long way. Keep in mind it was not busy in there at all. Besides our table there were maybe 6 other people and 4 out in the smoking area. Needless to say no one at our table is ever wanting to go back which is sad because we love to support local businesses.
