Sorry to say that this place has gone downhill. I’ve tried several times giving it another chance. This last time we met some family there. It was their choice to go because I’ve had terrible experiences the last couple of times. Food was over $120 before tip for 2 very soupy pizzas, 20 wings, and 5 drinks. The woman checking us out was slightly rude at first. Then she chilled out but seemed to be very distracted as we had to repeat our order several times and she still forgot half our wings and ranch dip which you have to pay for even with an order of wings. The wings were $19 for 10 wings, and the meat was tough. We ordered 20 or so, we thought. When the food came up, there were only 10 wings for 7 people, so I had to place another order for 10 more and wait for them to make another batch. There was only 1 other table while we were there, so it’s not like they were slammed. I could go on and on about previous experiences, but I’m sad to say we won’t be trying it again.

This was the first time I have gone to this location for renna’s pizza normally I go to the mall location. I ordered two XL pizza’s and the cheese pizza looked like this(picture 1) an was cold as well, the other pizza was a ham and cheese pizza(picture 2)and had maybe 3 small pieces of ham on the whole pizza may as well of been a cheese pizza. The pizza was cold, burnt, an dry as of it was a leftover pizza that they tried to just reheat. First an last time I ever go to this location. Renna’s pizza has never been the same since the passing of Kenny he was the glue that made renna’s pizza so good since then Renna’s pizza has been poor an tastes like garbage. I hope this location an the mall location get it correct soon because this was pathetic.

Love their pizza fresh from the oven! Cheese melted and delicious sauce…I let it sit for about 2 minutes and then add garlic powder and red pepper flakes and am in heaven

I’m definitely a fan of everything they have to offer here. From the pizza, chicken wings, and dessert options it’s hard to make a decision it’s all so delicious. I would without a doubt recommend anyone and everyone. Easy 5 stars on food alone.

Stopped here for pizza with the kids. The pizza was awesome! Great toppings and crust. Called ahead and had the pizza ready for us so it was cooled down (highly recommend). They also had a nice dessert selection for the kids after pizza. Staff was very friendly. Will be back for sure.

Online says open 11-6:45 drove all the way down there from Machias, all signs said OPEN got there people inside and doors were closed. We come here alot. And this is unacceptable will not go back. You have lost 2 good customers.

I don’t eat meat so I asked them to use a clean pizza cutter to cut the pizza so there’s no cross contamination. “We don’t have a clean cutter” A pizza place with no clean cutter, NICE!
