Very bad customer service they make you feel stupid ordering food. When I ask “no cheese” they ask ok cheese and I say “no” they still put it and when I say 2 orders they just act stupid and make you feel they want you to just leave. The whole order was completely wrong. I order a steak burrito bowl with queso, white rice, black beans and cheese & a chicken quesadilla with sour cream, red salsa and white rice for the sides and instead they gave me a whole wrong bowl with nothing that I order. All from Uber Eats.

I wish I had read the reviews about ordering through UberEats before getting any delivery from here. Clearly the type of people who need to be watched as they work to ensure they do their job properly. This amount of food wouldn’t fill up a toddler. I’m a fan of chipotle, but there isn’t anywhere near our home, so my hubs drove 20 min to the nearest location. Ordered for pick up to bring home to find that my order had no meat. I ordered the bowl with smoked brisket, and despite having paid extra for the special, they decided to give me salad over rice. Called the store several times and never even picked up. My husband went back to get the order corrected, but we are not sure if it’s worth the trouble to order from this location in the future, based on their other reviews.

dude i paid 4 dollars for extra chicken and they gave me a smaller portion than the regular amount of chicken. not only that they gave me a used bowl. my food had corn and sourcream on the side of the plate, i only ordered cheese, rice + chicken.

Worst Chipotle ever. We specifically ordered extra guac, less salsa, NO MEAT because we are vegetarian. But what did we get: one bowl had guac and that bowl also had meat. Some bowls barely had any rice. The three vegetarian bowls were too spicy. All of our positive experiences have been ruined by this event. We even contacted the workers today at 9:00 pm, the person on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. We didn’t receive a refund yet. We used to love chipotle but now we will never visit Chipotle again.
