I’ve had the best Jamaican beef patties in NY (Crown heights Utica/Schenectady), these here will do, and the other breakfast foods such as the akee combos – those are on point! I would do an honest 3.8-4.0 for the food but 5 stars total for what you’ll find around Baltimore in addition to I liked the store interior, decor, customer service and level of cleanliness. If the store is clean and the owner/manager treats it with this much respect I trust eating the food even more.

This place is absolutely NOT BLACK owned nor do I think any Jamaicans are in the back preparing the meals. Hispanics own this store and prepare the food… explains the lack of authentic flavors and plating.

I sent my husband inside to get us 2 beef Patties and 2 orders of coca bread and I’m going to start off by saying I smelt the food coming out of the bad way before my husband got close to the car. The taste was so on point! My husband stated that the customer service and atmosphere was awesome. We will be back!

Great customer service! They go the extra mile. Love this place when they opened but now they have upgraded. Since the pandemic, the dining area is now zoned off, there is a lounge room and a side shop for just small item commodities. The counter area is redesigned and looks good. Customer waiting is minimal, timely, efficient.

It is a nice clean spot to get your favorite carribean dish. The prices are just a bit higher than the other local carribean food spots that I go to, but the portion you receive it awesome. They offer a small and large. The small was more than enough. You get a lot of meat (I order Jerk with Curry gray). This place was better than others as there aren’t any broken pieces of bone in your food. I was able to eat peacefully without having to pick shattered pieces of bone out of my mouth.

We ordered through GrubHub and delivery was faster than estimated. We got jerk chicken and oxtail. The food was good. Very flavorful and similar to how I make it. Unfortunately I gave 4 stars because we got a lot of rice, like so much rice but very very very little cabbage, like one bite. Plantains were also very dry. I wish we got equal amount cabbage and rice, and also option for sauce on the side. The large serving is enough for two meals, plenty for leftovers next day. But overall food was tasty.

Not far from the highway 695 with about 14 tables and a roped off section with a few tables and chairs(VIP Style). A variety of drinks to choose from and a small stage like area. The restroom needs to be updated, but has a working toilet. (Would use yours before coming) Woman behind counter wasn’t pleasant but did pack food quickly. The curry chicken and jerk was not as delightful tasting as I thought according to reviews here as the dishes were both very salty. No plantains were offered and rice and peas area just ok Along with cabbage. In comparison to other Jamaican spots this one I give a 1 for taste but 3 for the environment.
