Very good. The food was tasty and the service was very nice. The restaurant was also very clean and tidy. However, with the music, it was hard to hear our conversations. As pictured, I ordered the tacos Dorado. They are delicious! The sweetish cream rounds the whole dish out. This is a great place to go of a mid afternoon lunch.

Yummy good, cute and intimate ambiance both inside and outside. Their breakfast and lunch menus are solidly good with decent prices. Their dinner menu is also tasty with good portions. I recommend this place for special occasions, brunch with friends, anything ! They’re also good about accommodating decently large parties like 6-12 ppl.

The booth was tight. Should have sat at a table. No bread offered but a side order was good addition. The entre came before we could finish our salad. Good wine selection. The salmon was delicious the fettuccine was a big portion.

I loved the unique authentic food options here. I had the Poblano Vegano with an delicious molé sauce and the Quecas appetizer with zucchini blossom. Highly recommended and so nice that they have vegan/vegetarian options. The service was also excellent. I will definitely come here again when I’m in the area.

Driving from here to there, east bound in I -10, it was lunch time and we were passing through Las Cruces. We rolled the dice for a lunch stop: Google maps, “Restaurant near me”. Paisano Cafe was near the top. “Paisano” is Italian, but the listing says Mexican. So we did.

If you’re tired of run-of-the-mill Mexican food, get to Paisano’s; you won’t be disappointed. The menu is extraordinary and everything we’ve tried is delicious. And a dog-friendly patio on a quiet street is a great bonus.

This was a great find! They have four types of mole, and we tried two. They were both delicious. Staff was friendly and helped explain things on the menu if we had any questions. We will eat here again when we pass through.

Gourmet food on a casual budget. The atmosphere felt as if we were in a cafe in a Latin country with the music playing out on the patio. It was very clean and our waitress was so friendly and helpful with the menu. She suggested the buttered and toasted Baguette bread to go with my shredded chicken caldo and each bite felt like a treat. She suggested the red chile salsa for the chilaquiles since our complimentary chips came with green salsa so we had a taste of each and they were both absolutely delicious. This spot is top notch and I’m looking forward to returning VERY soon.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening tonight. Our guacamole, black bean and tostada appetizer was a perfect beginning to a lovely meal. The Pecan Salmon was delicious! My husband enjoyed his tampiqueña steak as well. We have been frequenting this locally owned restaurant for years and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating and professional. The food and service are second to none! Easy to rate Paisano Cafe with five stars!
