Food was good but the dinning area is filthy. Tables, chairs, and floors covered with food crumbs. Trash completely full. Asked employee to clean the table and she acted like we asked her to do too much. Staff was not busy, standing around chatting or on their phone. When we asked for a clean table we mentioned the floor and trash. During our time there no attempt was made to clean. We will not be back

Personally, spending about 10 dollars & water went to 15. No big deal. The thing is, the spaghetti & meatballs were 10.95 and for a small was 1 dollar smaller. I obv got the reg cause I thought it’d be bigger. It wasn’t that big, it was like the small bowl. Furthermore, the food wasn’t that hot either. The cheese they put on the top didn’t even melt! I had to go home and microwave it to even heat it up further. It wasn’t *bad*, but it wasn’t good either..

My husband and I took our children here for dinner and I was shocked at the filth of the restaurant. Had I looked around a bit more before we ordered, I’d have left. The carpets were all littered with crumbs and debris, the benches and spaces between were also filled with crumbs and clearly unclean. The drink machine was absolutely disgusting, covered in splashed up drinks and whatever else. I had to tell the workers that the trash was full to overflowing and then they proceeded to roll their eyes at one another. There were at least 5 workers and the restaurant was not at all busy, it seemed like someone could have been tidying the dining room. Our food was ok, the young kid who served us was friendly enough, but I wont return. Super disappointing.

I have a love for noodles. So I of course had to finally try this place. It’s about a 45 min drive, but I had some things to do in Holland so I thought it was a good time to try it. The food is filling and delicious. I had the Wisconsin buffalo mac. But they also have different kinds of noodles such as Mediterranean dishes as well.

Service was fast, friendly and helpful being that this was our first visit. Our order was brought out to us within 5 minutes of ordering and taking our seats (on a Friday at lunch time). Both dishes were delicious and filling. Will definitely go back to try some of the others!

I was very disappointed going to this noodles. I personally work at a noodles and company in another state. unfortunately the person at the register didn’t know how to split the check as that is part of basic training. they also didn’t know how to give an employee discount. Then after we got the food i come to find out that my BUTTERED NOODLE doesn’t even have butter or seasoning. My friend got the tortalini and it was not cooked all the way through and was very hard. this is absolutely rediculous, i have never had such poor service

I’m not one to write reviews but I recently visited the establishment with my children who were eager to enjoy their favorite kids’ meal. I was pleased to find that there were no other customers and expected a quick service. However, my visit was marred by the dirty state of the restaurant. The overflowing garbage bins and unclean tables were a disappointment, especially given that there were at least 5 employees on staff. I tried to overlook the cleanliness issue for the sake of my hungry children. The young lady at the front seemed friendly, and I wondered if perhaps she was just having a difficult day. However, my concerns were compounded when I noticed an employee picking their nails while preparing food, which was unappealing and unsanitary. I chose not to bring attention to the issue as the person who appeared to be the manager seemed to be under a great deal of stress and seemed overwhelmed. I have visited this establishment a few times in the past and have always been pleased with the cleanliness, even when there were fewer employees. Furthermore, while I was waiting for my food, I couldn’t help but overhear the employees in the kitchen discussing high school drama at a very loud volume. This not only added to the overall chaos of the restaurant, but it also made me question the level of professionalism and attention to detail being given to food preparation. I couldn’t help but wonder how often this type of behavior has occurred in the past and the potential impact it may have had on food quality and customer experience. Overall, I hope that steps are taken to improve the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall professionalism of the staff to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
