Watch using your debit card! I used my debit card when I ordered and it they charged my card twice for the same order. When I called the store the manager gave me a number for corporate stating she couldn’t do anything about the $110 charge. However the number I was given was not in service. I called back to the store but got no answer. I drove to the store to see what could be done only to have the police called on me. I wasn’t loud or irate but I did ask for cooperates number again at which time she said she already gave it to me and to leave. I don’t know but I ordered 3 lg pizzas and was charged $110.55. They charge my card twice and I can’t even get thru to cooperate to get this resolved. Now I’m irate!!

Ordered 2 pizzas. Waited an hour and a half, no pizza, their pizza tracker online just kept showing order placed. Finally called 4 times before someone would finally answer their phone. The guy says oh we are a little backed up you should get it soon. I said, how do you know who I am? Oh well what’s your address? Oh well we haven’t even started your pizzas yet. 1.5 hours and you haven’t even started it yet? Forget it! You all are a joke.

Delivery driver didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t follow instructions. This don’t happen on Monday thur Thursday 6/30 when they have good employees I will not order another pizza Friday Saturday or Sunday

Your calling a call center to place an order and the call taker tells you the order will be ready in 30 min., and delivered. It took over an hour and I still beat the driver driving there to pick up the pizza.. not the workers fault but corporates. Who’s ever idea for call center should be handling the calls and listening to the complaints.

I ordered for delivery..the delivery driver drove down 47..I thought they maybe she drives to gravens road ..nope she went back to Troy ..drove to Moscow Mills where I’m located turned around and went back to Troy .thrn back to Moscow mills..I finally got my food ..and I had Cesar dressing with my salad and wanted ranch ..I order all the time here ..no clue what was wrong today..not to say I called Thomas and he hanged up on me ..that sure didn’t make it better..
